ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION
Delete your setem account.
Signed-in users can permanently delete their account directly in the setem app.
Settings → Delete Account Permanently
Open Settings, tap Delete Account Permanently, and confirm. The app completes the deletion without requiring an email, phone call, website visit, or additional account.
What will be deleted?
Deletion removes your setem login, profiles you manage, stored profile photos and details, likes and passes, matches, conversations, messages, reactions, invitations, push tokens, and associated account activity, subject to the limited exceptions below.
No longer have access to the app?
You can still request deletion by email. Send the request from the address connected to your setem account. Include only your account email. Never send your password, verification codes, or government identification.

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcing rights, or legal compliance. Such information remains protected and is not kept for ordinary product use. Temporary backup copies may remain until routine backup cycles complete.
Profiles created for friends
Your request deletes profiles managed solely through your account. If the person shown in a profile or another participant independently maintains a setem account, your request does not delete their account or information they control.

If you cannot use the in-app option or access the email connected to your account, contact support@wishe.app and explain the issue. We will use a reasonable method to verify account ownership.
